The Jay Company needed a modern, scalable real estate/brokerage website that felt elevated, loaded quickly, and made it easy to keep listings updated without touching multiple pages. They were coming from Wix and wanted the flexibility and long-term control that WordPress offers.

Up After Studios delivered a fully custom WordPress build designed for land + commercial real estate, with a streamlined backend workflow: the client enters each property once, and the site automatically populates the right areas (property grid pages, featured sections, and individual property detail pages) using a connected CMS structure. The result is a site that looks high-end on the front end while staying simple and repeatable on the admin side.

Supporting pages were built to reinforce trust and conversion (About, Services, Testimonials, Contact), aligned to their South Carolina + Georgia footprint and “excellence” positioning
